I have been a software developer for more than 15 years. When I was in my 20s, sitting and programming for long hours was easy. But when I entered my 30s, I noticed that I feel totally exhausted after a day of working behind a computer for many hours straight. I took me doing yoga and gym every day to just get rid of that feeling.

The feeling of exhaustion for so persistent that I started thinking that working such a desk job is just not sustainable. Related health problems started to manifest.

I started digging into this problem and found a solution that worked for me. I developed a tool that would make my screen black for a few minutes every set period of time.
